Being unable to reschedule at Woodforest Golf Club, we have moved the tournament.

Registration time, lunch, dinner, prizes, etc. all remain the same.

We hope this date is convenient for all. But If you are unable to make it: 

  • Feel free to find a substitute to take your place. Notify us of that person’s name, email, and contact number.
  • You may allow your entry to be a donation to New Danville.
  • You may request a refund.

To ensure a full field and a successful event – If you were attending but did not receive an email,  please email golf@newdanville.org and tell us, “I’m in!’ or by sending any changes including name, email, and contact number. Please respond as soon as possible to allow for any changes in pairings and meal planning.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. As disappointed as we were to cancel due to weather and course conditions, we are excited to be able to reschedule and host this event at The Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course. We look forward to seeing you Monday, June 7th!

A few important notes about the tournament:

  • Date: Monday, June 7th
  • Location: The Woodlands CC – Palmer Course
  • Check-in time begins at 10:30 am
  • Driving range and putting green available for warm up and practice prior to play
  • Box lunches will be provided after you check-in
  • Call to carts will be 11:30-11:45
  • The tournament begins at 12:00 noon with a shotgun start
  • The format is a 4- man scramble
  • Fajita buffet dinner will be served in the Clubhouse following the tournament

We conclude with the presentation of awards and a short live auction of items not to be missed.

  2. Framed 2018 Masters Flag signed by the champion, Patrick Reed
  3. Golf Package including play at outstanding courses, Series of lessons with PGA Life Member, Tom Martty, and fascial stretch therapy and TPI evaluations by a professional.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If the tournament is canceled due to weather or other acts of nature, dinner will still be held at 4:00 PM. (Guest passes will be provided upon request.)
  2. If inclement weather occurs there will be a 45-minute hold prior to the assurance of rain.
  3. If the course is closed by WGC rain checks will be issued based on the amount of holes played.
  4. If any group plays more than 12 holes, there will be no rain checks issued.
  5. All cancellations must be made 3 weeks prior to the tournament for a full refund.
 

This tournament benefits New Danville and adults with disabilities/special needs. We sincerely thank those who chose to participate in this event. No gimmicks, no mulligans, or raffle tickets, just enjoy a fun round of golf on a beautiful course and meet the “Wranglers” from New Danville whom you will be supported by your generosity. You won’t be disappointed! While there will be additional opportunities during and after the event to contribute to our cause we are keeping it simple and fun!
