Wrangler Gazette – January 2025

  • Published March 13, 2025
This year marks an incredible milestone for New Danville—our 20th Anniversary. As we look ahead to the future, we want to take a moment to reflect on the journey that brought us here. Throughout the year, we will be sharing glimpses of New Danville's rich history, celebrating the moments, people, and ideas that shaped our community into what it is today.

The image below is a page from one of the very first brochures created during New Danville's conception—a time when we were just an idea fueled by hope and vision. The words on the left side of the page capture the heart of our mission in those early days:

"There is a saying that parents pray that they will live one day longer than their special-needs child. It is a harrowing question for parents... Who will care for my mentally-challenged adult child when I die?"
