Programs - Benefits and Other Amenities

New Danville will provide other programs and amenities to ensure not only the health and safety of its residents, but enjoyment and satisfaction of being a part of a larger community, including:

• Security - the community will be zoned with sensors to detect motion between areas. Staff will monitor these zones to alert appropriate residential staff for unauthorized access or departure during after hours.
• Fire Safety - residential and commercial buildings will be built to meet federal and state fire and safety regulations. Regularly scheduled fire drills will be conducted in accordance state safety standards.
• Health Clinic - licensed professionals will provide monthly health checks, prescription drug management, schedule healthcare appointments, and administer minor first-aid.
• Therapies and Counseling - licensed therapists and counselors will be available as needed for speech, physical and occupational therapy, as well as nutritional and behavioral counseling.
• Community Activities - seasonal and holiday events will promote live concerts and other cultural events for the enjoyment of residents and visitors.
• Chapel (non-sectarian) - weekly spiritual services and holiday celebrations; also available for wedding services and private events.
• Pavilion and Horse Arena - available for special community events and private parties such as family reunions, company picnics and fundraisers.
