About New Danville - Mission

TNC will develop New Danville, a self-sustaining, master-planned community with a "Town Center" concept that will:

• Provide affordable rental housing that includes support staff as needed;
• Provide social and life skills training to promote independent living;
• Provide job training and supported employment to maximize employment opportunities in New Danville and surrounding communities;
• Provide community service activities such as miniature horse therapy to increase self-esteem, personal well being, and exercise;
• Provide regular social and recreational activities;
• Provide counseling and therapies as needed to promote stable behavior and emotional maturity;
• Provide healthcare monitoring to ensure medical, dental, and vision needs are met;
• Provide caring residential and qualified instructional staff;
• Provide transportation for healthcare, social and employment activities;
• Provide tranquil transition from independent living to assisted living and skilled nursing care.
