Administration

Kathy Sanders, founder and president, has over 30 years experience in planning and providing direct services to individuals with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. Her experience includes services related to healthcare (general medical, orthopedic and psychiatric, medication management, dental and vision), special education, residential services including housing and support staff, case management, transportation, therapy and counseling, day habilitation, and social and recreational activities.

In addition to providing services to mentally-challenged individuals, Ms. Sanders has a vast array of business, management and board experience with federal, state and local governments, private businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Sanders will be responsible for providing leadership, visioning, fiscal management, and administering all aspects of TNC programs and services
